Medicine Woman Plant Essences are lovingly handcrafted in the sun in the English countryside. Each essence carries the healing vibration of the individual plant. They are alcohol free potions.

You can blend up to 5 Plant Essences to get the personalised support that you need. Pick the 5 that most resonate, you will receive a 10ml bottle of each, plus an empty dropper bottle to mix them in.

Fill your bottle with water, add a drop or two of each essence, replace the lid, bang on the palm of your hand to activate, and take a few drops under the tongue or in a glass of water.

Medicine Woman Plant Essences are made with raw, organic apple cider vinegar. If you are allergic to apple cider vinegar please do not use.
This is a stock dilution bottle. This means you can take it as it is or you can dilute it further if you wish .

To take as it is, place 2 - 3 drops under the tongue, or add to a glass of water, up to 5 times a day.

If you wish to further dilute, fill a 30ml dropper bottle with half water (distilled or spring) and half vinegar, and add 3 drops. Bang the bottle on the palm of your hand a few times to activate, and then take 10 drops under the tongue or in a glass of water.
You can make your own blend of Plant Essences, if more than one resonates. You can blend up to 5.

Fill a dropper bottle with water and put 3 drops of each essence. Bang the bottle agaisnt the palm of your hand to activate.

Take a few drops throughout the day, whilst you are working on that same emotion that they called you for.

If you dont have a dropper bottle, add a drop of each to a glass of water and sip throughout the day.

As you are blending them be present in what you are doing and your intention. Let the medicines know why you are blending them.
